This document establishes the legal terms for using the services provided by SecurMonitor.

1. Definition of Services

SecurMonitor is an electronic security company specialized in providing, installing, and maintaining video monitoring systems for warehouses and commercial spaces, including high-resolution surveillance cameras, motion sensors, and access control systems for the industrial perimeter.

Our services are intended exclusively for legitimate commercial and industrial property security purposes. We expressly prohibit the use of our products or services for private detective activities, personal espionage, or any other illegal or immoral activity.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1. Provider's Rights (SecurMonitor)

• To provide equipment and services in accordance with contractual specifications.
• To perform scheduled maintenance and technical interventions according to agreed terms.
• To modify this agreement, notifying you at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

2.2. Client's Obligations

• To use the security systems exclusively for the purpose for which they were designed and installed.
• To ensure access for our authorized technicians for maintenance and repairs.
• To pay issued invoices according to the contractually established rates and schedule.

3. Limitation of Liability

SecurMonitor is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Improper use of the equipment by the client or their personnel.
• Force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, floods, acts of terrorism).
• Service interruptions due to external factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of payment received for the service that caused the damage.

4. Payment Terms and Termination

Payments for services are made according to issued invoices. Delays of over 30 days may lead to service suspension.

The contract can be terminated by either party with written notice at least 60 days in advance. In case of termination by the client before the term, termination fees may apply according to the contract.
